These Terms of Service govern your use of the Viking Heragon website and the purchase of our jewelry. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
North America: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state/province) to use this site.
Europe: We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. Your privacy rights are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
USA/Canada: Prices are typically displayed excluding sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
EU/UK: Prices displayed include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
Customs/Duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
Under EU and UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without justification.
Exclusions: This does not apply to custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Process: To exercise this right, you must inform us via email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
